• Provide formal supervision to a team of in-house attorneys supporting our Enterprise and DCS operations in APAC.
• Monitor the training and development of staff, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment and hiring.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and advise on local and regional business agreements, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Advise management on recent changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
• Coordinate the management of outside counsel relationships, including fee estimates and billing compliance.
• Develop and deliver training programs to the APAC businesses.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation and management, with a deep understanding of legal and risk issues in the facilities management industry.
• Proven ability to provide strategic advice and support to business operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
