· Handling all technical queries and investigating all work-related problems and coordinating with client/sub-contractor/supplier to clarify the problems.

· Ensure the Safety, Productivity and Quality of the project.

· Prepare Method of Statement (MOS), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Project Schedule and other working procedures.

· Ensure the installation / erection works meets the specification and requirements.

· Liaise with QA/QC personnel and ensure all the works comply with the requirements.

· To carry out inspecting and rectifying any unsafe practices and unsafe place of work.

· You will oversee the safety and job/ project operation.

· Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports/ safety reports/ manpower reports etc.

· You are to direct, guide and manage all tasks under your charge and ensure it is carried out in the most creative, efficient and professional manner to the best of your ability.

· You shall ensure, uphold and comply with all office standards, local by-laws and regulatory requirements.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and deliverables for all Service Projects.
• Develop & coordinate schedule to ensure efficient use of resources and meet project deadlines.
• Determine the required manpower resources and materials/equipment required for all Service Projects.
• Proactively identify potential project risks or delays & develop contingency plans to mitigate and make conservative adjustments on the project timeline.
• Track project progress, update within team members & management on milestones and provide regular status reports on ongoing projects.
• Assist in estimating project costs, monitor project budgets and work closely with Project Engineer to meet project timelines wthin schedule & budget.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure all project elements are aligned and can be executive effeciently.

Requirements:

• Min. ITE in related fields, with 1 year of relevant experience.
