Responsibilities:
ยท Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers.
ยท Manage sales documentation, including Contracts, Quotations, orders and invoices.
ยท Coordinate with the customer service and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
ยท Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
ยท Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
ยท Develop interest and understanding of the company's product offerings.
ยท Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated with industry trends.
ยท Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and stay informed about market trends.
ยท Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve targets. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.
ยท Perform any additional work duties as assigned by the Management team.
Requirements:
ยท Preferably possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in food distribution or the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with proven track record.
ยท Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
ยท With a positive, determined, and proactive work attitude.
ยท Display a pleasant personality, dynamism, independence, and self-motivation.
ยท Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours
8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
8am to 12noon (Alternate Saturday)
