· Handle the warehouse on stock fulfilment and inventory related issues.

· Keeping track of all incoming and out-going stocks.

Data Entry Administrator

1) Creation and maintenance of Parts, Supplier Details and all other relevant information for the Department

2) Maintaining records of invoices and payment details in the System

3) Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed for different business needs

4) Assist in creating Purchase Orders and/or Purchase requests and maintaining a proper document control register for the Department

5) Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies while handling sensitive information

6) Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks

8) Providing administrative and clerical support which includes but not limited to scanning, filling, photocopying, faxing, answering phone calls

The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) at NTU Singapore hosts research and education activities in two divisions: Division of Mathematical Sciences (MAS) and Division of Physics and Applied Physics (PAP). The laboratory of Dr Cyrus Mostajeran at SPMS is seeking a Research Associate to contribute to the research agenda of the project ‘Geometric Optimization and Design in Learning and Robotics'.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtaining rigorous mathematical results in the areas of optimization and statistics on manifolds and applications to data science and machine learning
• Designing, implementing, and testing algorithms
• Engaging in scientific exchange with collaboration partners of the project
• Preparing reports, scientific papers, and presentations

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in mathematics or a closely related subject
• Knowledge of differential geometry including Riemannian geometry, Lie groups, and homogeneous spaces
• Familiarity with fundamental concepts in probability and statistics
• Enthusiasm for applying advanced mathematical tools and techniques to applications including data science
• Good communication skills
• Experience in the use of programming languages and interest in the implementation of algorithms relevant to the project
