Job Summary

Lab Executive independently performs advanced level laboratory functions with competence and minimal supervision. Support the Technology Department through all stages of product development and testing.

Reporting: Senior Laboratory Executive

Role and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all Lab Job Ticket assigned are performed accordingly and completed on time.

2. Independently and competently performs assigned tasks in a prioritized, logical, and timely manner in agreement with company laboratory and safety procedures with competence and minimum supervision

3. Tests in accordance with specifications provided.

4. Perform all core function/testing required by this position.

5. Assists in reviewing & writing of SOPs and standard test methods.

6. Enter test data and conditions into the lab system and can assemble into a simple report.

7. Capable of conducting internal R&R.

8. Troubleshoot lab equipment issues with assistance from M&E/ equipment vendor.

9. Prepare testing report

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology

• 3 year of related work experiences.

• Work experience in Manufacturing environment will be preferred

• Good understanding of manufacturing safety and 5S

Key Areas of Responsibility

● Support of all Applications for ASIA

● Participate in Global Project and Future SAP lead for ASIA

Qualifications/ Experience

● Diploma/relevant qualification in IT or Computer Science

● Exposure to end-user environments with different application technologies (ERP, CRM, BI…)

● 5+ years experience in ERP, BI space

● Team player with experience working with multi-cultural team and regional exposure

● Pro-active and independent

● Good knowledge of Business process and ERP architecture

● knowledge and exposure working with different modes of integrations ( ETL, ELT, ESB….)

● Very good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, SSIS.

● An understanding of Financial Reporting and / or Financial Concepts

● An understanding of cash-to-order, procure-to-pay process

● Ability to prioritize assignments,

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of existing and emerging technologies.

● Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and manage business expectations.

● Regional travel will be required

● Experience working in the manufacturing domain is a plus

● Willingness to learn new applications is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing technical consultancy advice relating to system design and configuration.
• Implement system infra expansion design and configuration Monitor System Performance.

Job Description

Main support for field service engineers and business administrators both in SAP CRM and ECC, along with web-based applications. Attend field service business operations and strategic planning meetings to gain insight to issues and future needs. Work closely with field service business to determine business requirements and write functional requirement specifications in an appropriate level of detail.

A SAP CRM and ECC Systems Analyst with experience working with technical teams, configuration and tables. Solid experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customer. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects with a emphasis on reporting and dashboard requests based on SAP data (and other data sources). Own and perform integration testing and lead User Testing and identify resulting gaps.

• Recommends new insights and/or efficiency opportunities around business processes and reporting.
• Support moderate improvements and projects in SAP and web-applications.
• Works on and coordinate multiple SAP deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment.
• Good testing and troubleshooting acumen for reporting enhancements, projects and issues.
• Documents all best known methods and provides support as needed. Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree with work experience of 6 years.
• analytical and statistical experience.
• BI Reporting experience: MS Excel VBA & Macro programming, MS PowerBI, Power Query.
• Functional skills with SAP CRM and/or ECC systems.
• Superb communication, organization and problem-solving skills required.
