· Provide directions / guidance to gardeners on performance expectations and manage landscape challenges

· Facilitate in the onboarding of new gardeners at the work site

- Any other duties assign by Project Manager

Note: The company will arrange successful candidates for the necessary landscaping courses when project requires.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Horticulture / Landscaping
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal and organisation skills
• Excellent team player, proactive and can work independently
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Competent in writing reports
• Valid class 3 driving licence should be an added advantage

Please note that the working time will be extended upon site needed or depending on the site situation.

Working Hours and Office Location:

• 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday : 8am to 5pm) and ( Saturday : 8am to 12pm)
• Office location: Bukit Batok Crescent
• Work location: Various Sites
