Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to presenting them to clients.
- Candidate Pool Management: Maintain a strong database for quick placements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to provide value to clients and candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Screening candidates via telephone and face-to-face interviews to match them to the right roles.
- Networking and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Performing business development to acquire and manage new client accounts.
- Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates.
- Negotiating terms and offers between client companies and successful candidates.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staffing/search agency environment.
- Sales-driven with the ability to build a strong client base across different industries in Singapore.
- Effective communicator with strong oral and written skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and enjoys interacting with people at all levels.
- Proficient in using technology to find and connect with candidates.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Certification: Attained full CEI certification as required by MOM.
