Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or with 5 years equivalent experience).
• Experience teaching or designing courses for young learners, particularly in technology, or coding.
• Competent in the use of STEM kits, such as Magicbit or Microbit.
• Competent in the use of programming software e.g. Scratch, Python
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Job Description & Requirements

- To set up and monitor modelling environment.

- Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum

- Creating and managing Revit project file for the ACMV system using company's standard as specified in the BIM execution plan

- Generate shop drawings from BIM model

- Manage the project file, maintaining minimal file size and unnecessary objects inside file for file credibility

- Excellent attention to details, final checking of models for accuracy prior to issue making modifications or directing subordinates where required

- Attend BIM model co-ordination meetins as required and when required attend meeting via videa conference with the project team and report on work process

- Complete timesheet accurately ahead of weekly deadlines

- Carry out a review of all models to ensure internal QA procedures are followed

Job requirements:

- Degree or Diaploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Arhitecture, Civil Engineering or ots relevant discipline

- Minimum 3-5 years of BIM experience for M&E field in local construction industry

- Certified in BIM Moedlling and BIM Management

- Communicates well, able to work independntly as well as in a team to deliver projects in a timely manner

JOB DESCRIPTION

To oversee the careers and university admission education programme and provide both direct and indirect individual careers and university information. You will be expected to provide guidance and advice to learners and their parents.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide careers and university advice to learners and families and support learners to apply for places at international universities.
• Provide and curate a central bank of local, national and international careers and university resources accessible to learners.
• Provide information on entrance requirements for different professions and university entrance.
• Provide advice to learners and parents on visa requirements when applying to study in different countries.
• Liaise with Year Leaders to implement Careers and University Admissions Education programme within the PHSE programme.
• Liaise with Year Leaders and IBDP coordinator to support learners through the options process.
• Apply for and establish links with “Collegeboard” for US University applications and ensure learners are prepared for admissions tests.
• Apply and establish links with “UCAS” for UK University applications.
• Assist learners in the preparation of individual statements and references required for applications to international universities.
• Ensure that Oxbridge and other Ivy League candidates (learners) are prepared for entrance tests and applications.
• Establish and maintain links with parents, universities and local businesses and engage them to support the learners
• Coordinate visits and presentations from touring universities.
• Arrange career guidance and “practice” interviews as appropriate for learners.
• Liaise with tutors and year leaders to provide training for teachers in university application needs
• Maintain your own Professional Learning in Careers and University advice.
• Produce an annual action plan for the development of careers education and advice at Years 12 and 13.
• Manage the budget allocated for careers and university admissions education and advice

Position: Manager in Accounts & Administration

· Full sets of accounting inclusive of monthly closing of accounts and office administration for Singapore office.

· Full sets of accounting inclusive of monthly closing of accounts for Indonesia office.

· Preparation & disbursement of Salary for Singapore and Indonesia employees & fulfilment of required compliances.

· Income tax and CPF deductions as per the government guidelines and remittances to appropriate authorities.

· Liaise with Indonesia staff for Income tax and social security calculations and remittances to appropriate authorities.

· Providing MIS on monthly basis, including Profit and loss, Revenue, AR/AP agings etc.

· Inter-audits of any group company as and when required at discretion of the management

· Preparation for audit works & conduct the required audits.

· Dealing with banks for routine work like deposition of cash/ cheque and withdrawals / transfer of funds as per requirement

· Interaction with bankers for LC applications as per our approved limits with the bank and co-ordinate for the repayments before the due dates.

· Bankers Guarantee applications as per customers’ requirements.
