Job Description

The Associate role is for fresh graduates to 1 year of working experience in accounting, audit, corporate or individual insolvency and/or restructuring space. Associate will be expected to assist in liquidation and restructuring engagements. Some of the areas of work includes (but not limited to):

· Preparation of documents for conflict checks;

· Liaising with clients on the documents required;

· Performing an analysis on the historical and current financial performance of the clients;

· Performing a review of historical transactions;

· Investigating the cause of the insolvency;

· Assisting in the preparation of cash flow projections and assessing the validity of the assumptions adopted, taking into account the liquidity constraints / requirements of the clients;

· Liaising with government bodies such as CPFB, IRAS, MOM, MinLaw and ACRA;

· Liaising with various stakeholders in the administration of various forms of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements (such as judicial management, liquidation and receivers and managers) including dealing with creditors’ queries, recovering and realizing assets and fulfilling the statutory obligations of the administrators;

· Familiarising themselves with the prevailing insolvency laws; and

· Assisting the Directors and Managers on the administrative aspect of the engagements such as time reporting, preparation of the Bill of Cost, documentation tracking etc.

The Associate may from time-to-time participate in business development and stakeholder interactions. The Associate is expected to adhere to standards of ethics and maintain quality assurance in processes.

The Associate is diligent in researching and is able to synthesise information to develop relevant insights. The Associate possesses strong time management and communication skills and are committed to achieving the deadlines of their various deliverables.

Job Responsibilities
∙Provide L2 technical support and advice to users on systems-related issues or queries
∙Perform administration/maintenance and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance related to Microsoft 365 & MDM product e.g. Intune, Jamf Pro / School
∙May need to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays during critical cutover or L1 incident management
∙Provide technical support for multiple customer environments on End User Devices operations
∙Provide support for Windows / Apple / Android & Chromebook operating systems (OS), end- users software and applications

Job Requirements:-

∙Familiarise with endpoint device management tools:
o On-prem - Active Directory environment Group Policies (GPOs) related to endpoint devices. Other e.g. SCCM, BitLocker, LAPS
