In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art critical infrastructure facilities based in Singapore. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance on various facility equipment (such as electrical and mechanical, control, and fire-fighting systems), managing change processes, creating procedures, and overseeing vendor operations.

Key job responsibilities
• You will plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment’s, including but not limited to, chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU),fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)batteries, and generators.
• Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA.
• Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate manager.

Basic Requirement

• Technical College Degree, Qualified Technical Diploma, or NITEC Certification.

• Proficient in both verbal and written technical communication and enthusiastic about the maintenance of data centers or critical facility environments.

• Strong communication and organizational skills and capable of managing priorities effectively in a complex and fast-paced environment.

This Regional Sales Director will lead Account Executives responsible for some of our most strategic customers. You will drive sales growth within Salesforce’s largest customers for the Marketing Cloud product.
