Job Overview

The Head of Financial Crime Compliance is responsible for leading the bank’s efforts to identify, mitigate, and manage financial crime risks, including money laundering, fraud, bribery, corruption, tax evasion and sanctions violations. Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

• Support strategic development & long-term planning of vehicle options, retrofitting parts, and Porsche Lifestyle business
• Proactively monitor and analyse pricing and option trends both within Porsche models and in comparison, to competitors, recommending adjustments to maintain competitiveness and profitability
• Take initiative in the management of pricing and product offerings, ensuring that product configurations and pricing are optimised for market demand, relevant, and aligned with global strategic objectives
• Develop and implement local product and pricing strategies for Porsche Lifestyle products
• Manage and maintain internal sales systems, and support markets in system maintenance related topics
• Provide training to regional teams on systems, processes, and product knowledge to ensure effective strategy execution across markets

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related degree

• Well-established project management skills, and aptitude for managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Role Summary

• Responsibilities: You will be responsible for a range of finance tasks within our Singapore office, focussing on a mixture of sales ledger and purchase ledger tasks
• Salary: S$3,300 per month

About the Role

If you are looking to kickstart your career in finance or take on a new opportunity within this field, we are seeking a new Accounts Executive to join our vibrant Singapore office.

In this role, you will support with a range of finance tasks across both sales and purchase ledger and quickly take on significant responsibilities within the team. You will work alongside our Accounts Executive in Singapore and the wider Finance team in our UK-based Global Headquarters, as well as our Office Administrator in Shanghai to provide financial support for the Shanghai office.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with sales ledger tasks, such as producing, sending and monitoring invoices as well as contacting clients to ensure timely payments, where necessary
• Supporting with purchase ledger tasks, including approving and/or obtaining approval for all purchase invoices, recording and reconciling all petty cash and reviewing credit card expenses
• Managing and maintaining client contracts
• Advising our scientific teams on invoicing or purchase related queries
• Collaborating with the Shanghai Office Administrator to manage financial processes for the Shanghai office, including tasks such as reconciling local payments, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with local requirements
• Ad-hoc tasks in support of the wider Finance and Operations teams, across both Singapore and Shanghai, as needed

About You

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual, with a “can do” approach. The ideal candidate will also have the initiative, positivity and creativity required to continually improve processes and ease the administrative burden of financial processes on their colleagues.

Essential requirements for the role are:

• A degree level in a relevant discipline. For example, finance, accounting, business administration with a concentration in finance, or similar
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English as well as business-level Mandarin
• A fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and interface confidently with client-facing staff
• The ability to manage suppliers to ensure that we receive an excellent service
• The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, as well as prioritising tasks and workload autonomously
• An excellent attention to detail
• An excellent level of productivity, and the flexibility to respond to changing deadlines

Whilst no prior working experience is required for this position, it is desirable. Full training, both internal and external, and mentoring from experienced colleagues will be provided.

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process starts with a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, followed by an assessment for you to complete in your own time. The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

• Travel to Guest Room to pick up the clothing that needs service.
• Count items and give the guest a completed receipt. Marks guest clothing for identification.
• Ensure the name and room number is on the guest laundry / dry cleaning slip before removal from room.
• Sort guest items for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and processes the clothing on the correct equipment, using the appropriate temperature and chemicals. Once processed, folds, or hangs the clothing as desired. Deliver clothing to guests within the stipulated time.
• Comply, whenever possible, with all guest requests.
• Remove all spots and stains from garments when possible.
• Read all clothing labels before processing.
• Examine all clothing, record defects and report to the superior before processing.
• Check all pockets for items and ornaments left by guest or employee and return them in an envelope to the guest or employee.
• Sort employee uniforms for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair). Once processed, hang, and transport clean uniforms to the uniform room.
• Operate and maintain washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, presser, and iron.
• Ensure all chemicals and operating supplies are well stocked and in good condition.
• Report to Superior when stocks reach minimum or faulty equipment for ordering purposes.
• Maintain the laundry room in a neat and orderly manner.
• Utilize the internal system to receive and complete tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• To attend any meetings requested or training courses where necessary.
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.

Your goal will be to apply strategic thinking to identify and prospect new and existing customers in large and medium companies. With a customer-focused approach, you will qualify their business goals and identify how MuleSoft can help them.

Your Impact:

• Prospect and engage with new MuleSoft customers and existing Salesforce customers on their strategic initiatives
• Account/Industry research and identify use cases & demand for MuleSoft
• Active collaboration with various field teams to identify new opportunities
• Develop and execute a demand generation plan together with Account Executives
• Forecast accurately and keep the CRM & other tools updated
• Improve as a team through best practice sharing and process improvement

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in Vietnamese to converse with clients in Vietnam
• Experienced in engaging with business stakeholders, including C-Level executives
