Responsibilities
- Utilize Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet clients' requirements.
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
- Support the applications team to troubleshoot and debug codes.
- Reformulate existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.
- Checking of code to detect and remedy errors and omissions.
- Testing outputs to ensure that they are in excellent working order.
- Ensuring that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.

Requirements:
- Degree in web design, software engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in developing the customer website using .NET technologies C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework.
- Hands-on experience with .NETFramework/Core, ASP.NET,MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, C#, SQL, Angular
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps process for softwaredevelopment
- Good knowledge in Testing practices like Unit Testing, Load Testing,
- Secured coding practices and design like securing web applications
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST)
- Knowledge in Responsive Web Designing
- Have understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience in pair-programming
- Experience in writing codes for automated testing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in Container based development using Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience in AWS ECS/EKS based deployment will be highly advantageous.

As an Account Executive (AE) on our Commercial Sales team, you will assist in Datadog’s overall business growth by strategically engaging and closing net-new customers across our small to midsize Thai markets. Sellers follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify the customer's unique needs, and clearly convey the value of the Datadog product. What You’ll Do:

• Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity targeting the Thai / Indonesia market
• Become a Datadog expert through continued product and sales trainings
• Manage the full sales cycle, including technical demonstrations and negotiation
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
• Strategically prospect into Chief Technology Officers, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users

Position Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the software development lifecycle by engaging in all phases of project delivery, including project initiation, requirements gathering, application development, implementation, and post-implementation support. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes while employing agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

· Liaise extensively with external projects, internal teams, and vendors to gather and validate requirements.

· Lead design thinking sessions and requirements discussions with customers.

Requirement Analysis & Design:

· Conduct detailed requirement analysis, ensuring implementation feasibility.

· Identify and highlight requirement gaps, technical challenges, or disproportional construction efforts.

· Successfully translate user requirements into use cases and technical solutions.

· Define system-level architecture, high-level and detailed designs, and implement architectural policies where applicable.

· Engage with customers to explain the rationale behind architectural and technical decisions.

Documentation:

· Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, enterprise class structures, and interfacing frameworks.

· Work closely with customers to review and sign off on documentation.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

· Develop test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices to ensure comprehensive coverage.

· Conduct system training for customers and ensure smooth UAT execution.

Change & Issue Management:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Domain Expertise:

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking domain.

· Experience in requirement analysis, functional testing, and backend testing.

· Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to follow up on and resolve complex issues.

· Knowledge of change management processes and issue resolution.

· Proficiency in analysing system backend logs and performing data mapping.

· Familiarity with Java environments (preferred), JIRA, and SQL is a plus.

· Coordinate with multiple teams to align monitoring setups and application enhancements.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

· Ensure seamless application performance through proactive monitoring and prompt resolution of issues.

· Contribute to containerization platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

· Strong proficiency in Java programming.

· Solid knowledge of Python scripting.

Optional Skills (Good to Have):

· Experience with ELK stack, Grafana, Angular, and Tapestry.

· Familiarity with JBoss, MariaDB, Filebeat, and Metricbeat.

· Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
