Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and market tax training programs
• Work with trainers to organize and prepare training materials
• Work with trainees to register and prepare training materials
• Procure and pay for training resources, bill and collect fees
• Conduct post program administration
• Conduct market research on needs and new programs
• Administer TA Learning Management System and Trainees’ Management System
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to effectively promote organisational initiatives and engage key stakeholders across various channels

Job Requirements:

• Preferred disciplines are Business, Accountancy, Marketing and Communications or Information Technology
• Prior experience in the CET space will be preferred
• Good command of English and communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to work under tight timeline
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software and internet tools
• Practical experience in training, business, information technology or tax is an advantage
• Able to work in teams and appreciates interactions with people

Job Description & Responsibilities

Food Preparation Oversight: Manage and oversee the food preparation process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to culinary standards.

Menu Design and Development: Create and develop innovative menus featuring new and existing dishes, delivering a diverse, high-quality dining experience. Refine and approve final dishes to meet quality and presentation standards before serving.

Workflow and Inventory Management: Streamline food preparation workflows for optimal efficiency—plan and place orders for equipment and ingredients based on inventory assessments. Coordinate timely repairs and maintenance to ensure kitchen functionality.

Staffing and Training: Take full responsibility for hiring, training, and managing kitchen staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team. Supervise, guide, and provide constructive feedback to kitchen team members. Estimate workload requirements and recommend appropriate compensation.

Quality Control and Compliance: Address and resolve any issues in food preparation to uphold quality standards. Ensure strict compliance with nutritional guidelines, sanitation standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Expertise in Nyonya Cuisine is highly preferred.

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Operations Manager.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing kitchen staff.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

5-day work week.

Responsibilities:

• The activities required to be performed shall include the following:
• Test and commissioning of network equipment for production environment.
• Design, configure and review the network configuration with the contractors.
• Perform full Disaster Recovery (DR) swing test on the system and network.
• Configure and manage firewall, routers, switches and wireless access points.
• Design and segregate the voice and data VLANs which integrate to the backend system.
• Configure the network monitoring system to enable it to be monitored with statistical data and provide alerts when the equipment is down;
• Set up and integrate the network from front end devices to communicate to the backend system such as Payment System;
• Support and troubleshoot on network issues that occur during implementation and daily operation;
• Configure network security hardening for all network equipment based on the customer requirements.
• Track and resolve network related incidents and requested within Service Level Agreement (SLA);
• Prepare documentation on the Network Architecture Design.
• Maintain the IP address listing for production and non-production environment.

The qualifications required are as follows:

• Recognized degree/diploma or equivalent in Information Technology/Engineering or related discipline with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in system & network administration;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Able to work well both independently and in a team;
• Possess a strong interest and self-motivation to install, configure and maintain system/network services, equipment, and devices, provide system/network support and request, investigate, troubleshoot issues and provide resolution, i.e. including managing user accounts and access;
• Competent and having a sound knowledge (Configure and troubleshoot) of various network protocols and topologies, including a broad knowledge of WLAN, switches, routers, servers, IPS/IDS and firewalls;
• Able to perform network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, network resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, and related administration tasks;
• Able to administer anti-virus, anti-spam and network security system, i.e. Firewalls, TDA and NAC;
• Experience with implementing the network devices hardening requirements;
• Relevant experience in monitoring and reviewing performance of network and ability to perform capacity planning;
