Responsibilities

• Account Delivery Management – You will support strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the customer portfolio, often as part of a steering committee, to ensure service delivery is on. Support new customer opportunities in partnership with Sales with highly significant or global impacts.
• Relationship Development - You will manage customer relationships across a set of assigned customer accounts, driving intentional customer conversations to nurture deeper relationships and progress opportunities. Collaborate across internal stakeholders for strategic alignment, risk and issues management and act as a customer Executive Steerco member.

• Portfolio Management – You will oversee a broad portfolio of complex accounts, supporting management and assurance of the all-up delivery of consulting engagements. You will oversee a broad portfolio of deliveries managed or supported by Consulting Project Managers, review portfolio health, ensuring methodologies, processes, tools and standards are consistently leveraged, intervening to course correct and remediating challenged engagements as necessary.
• Monitoring and Controlling - You will establish governance rhythms over your portfolio of customer engagements, conduct Project Health Reviews and manage business Key Performance Indicators to agreed standards, stepping in to remediate where necessary. You may be positioned as an Executive Steerco Member on customer engagements.
