Job Description:

• Manage the Reception at the Admin Office such as to handle calls and enquiries;
• Provide frontline service to all stakeholders such as parents, students, staff, instructors and contractors etc.;
• Keep a record of incoming mails, Data entry and filing of records & documents;
• Maintain lost & found items and records;
• Distribution of graduating certificates and other materials and items;
• Manage students who report late to school and who need to leave school early;
• Attend to unwell or injured students and staff requiring medical attention in the sick bay;
• Maintain accurate record of students attended in the sick bay;
• Provide administrative and logistical support for school operations, functions and events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Ensure compliance and practice of Company's QEHS Management System for the project
• Advice to the PM reasonably practicable measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace or may be affected by the occupier’s undertaking in the workplace.
• Conduct safety team in the implementation and monitoring of environmental, health and safety plans/ measures
• Review all risk assessments and risk management internally and externally
• Manage incidents' investigations, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on the implementations and effectiveness of actions taken
• Liaise and communicate well with site operations staffs, project managers, contractors and third parties on all safety and health issues
• Ensure that all statutory regulations, code of practice and company’s EHS rules & regulations are implemented and complied with at the project site.
• Conduct regular inspection and audits on the EHS provisions on site
• Establish and maintain a positive EHS environment on the project site.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Diploma in Environmental, Health & Safety related qualifications
• Registered MOM Workplace Safety and Health Officer
• 4 years WSH experience in HDB projects required

Job Description:

• To co-ordinate and correspond with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants
• Attending site meetings
• Planning, scheduling and monitoring work progress
• Supervision of construction progress and quality checking
• Prepare monthly progresss report and progress claim
• Supervise all structural and civil works and attend all meetings and co-ordination with sub-contractors.
• Liaise with client’s consultants, RE and etc.
• Prepare and plan work schedules.
• Maintain and monitor quality controls.
• Conduct daily field inspections of all work under construction.
• Ensure workers maintain a clean construction site at all times.
• Prepare job closing inspection reports for completed construction.
• Establish inventory control methods and procedures to ensure availability.
• Co-ordinate all matters pertaining to compensation insurance for labour and take necessary steps to maintain lowest possible rate
• Other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

What we are looking for

• Working experience in solution architect role, with significant experience leading and facilitating solution conceptualisation sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Proficiency in software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing reusable components, microservices, containers and Kubernetes.
• Working experience in Singapore payment systems will be an advantage.
• Knowledge on OpenShift Container Platform will be an advantage.
• Knowledge on SWIFT architecture and its systems will be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge in coding languages (preferred Java), various operating systems and databases.
• Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD adoption and deployment.
• Certifications in relevant skills (e.g. project management, business analysis, AWS solution architect etc.) will be an advantage.
• Working experience in project management and vendor management.
• Relevant knowledge in change management and business process improvement would be an advantage.
• Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to work on different projects in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
