Main Duties and Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager (Travel Distribution) for the Resort, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of strategies to enhance our distribution channels. Working through travel agencies, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other distribution platforms, you will work with the team to enhance the Resort’s exposure and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate distribution strategies to optimize the Resort's distribution across travel agencies, OTAs, and other booking platforms. You will also identify new opportunities for expanding our market reach and increasing revenue.
Build relations with travel partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel platforms. As part of this role, you will need to ensure that distribution channels are effectively utilized.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to align distribution strategies with pricing and inventory management. In performing this role, you will need to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and distribution performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Design and execute promotional campaigns and special offers in collaboration with travel partners to drive bookings and increase visibility.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities
Process a high volume of quotations and sales orders accurately and promptly.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage claims related to shipment delays, defective items, and pricing errors.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
Promote online ordering through our e-commerce platform.
Requirements
Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in order processing or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Immediate availability is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Location: Central region, Singapore.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm; 1-2 Saturdays per month, 9:00am – 3:00pm (based on duty roster).
Work Arrangement: 100% office-based, no hybrid option.
Team Structure: Reporting to the Customer Service & POC Manager, part of a team of 6 CS members.
Key Performance Indicators: Must meet time-sensitive KPIs (e.g., 15 minutes for order processing).
OT: May occasionally require 1-2 hours of OT during peak periods.
Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building Construction and well verse interpret Construction drawings and Auto CAD with BIM knowledge.
