Job Responsibilities:

You will be part of the Centre for Domestic Employees (CDE) that champions for the fair treatment of domestic workers in Singapore and promotes cohesive social integration among the community.

Duties of Migrant Domestic Worker Interviewer (MDWI):

• To interview migrant domestic worker (MDWs) in their native language, with the assistance of interpreters, if necessary, either face-to-face or by other means for the purpose of understanding their employment and welfare conditions.
• Render assistance or provide advisory on employment related issues (both to MDWs and employers).
• Escalate infringement of employment and welfare to the relevant authorities.
• Collate and record responses of interviewees onto a custom-designed interview platform, and the collation of reports.
• Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, appointment scheduling, calling employers to missed interview, letter printing and folding, entering data into spreadsheets, photocopying and collating.
• Other duties as assigned by organisation/supervisor/ centre manager.

Period:

• 2 years contract (renewable & convertible)

Location:

• Woodlands, Tampines, Pasir Panjang (most likely will be stationed at Woodlands, but have to open to travel to other locations if headcount is required for that day)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience as a receptionist, office administrator or customer service officer.
• Proficient in MS Office applications is a must. (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Ability to converse in Mizo to liaise with native Mizo-speaking clients.
• Good communications skill.
• Service-oriented attitude as the role is a frontline role.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers and grow followers, brand interest and engagement through engaging content across different digital platforms.

About the Role:

• Oversee Asia communications plan based on the Global Communications strategy and local priorities.
• Define and execute integrated internal and external communications plan aligned to region and country priorities, narratives, projects and campaigns in partnership with Regional Heads of Property and Asia teams relating to Workplace, Branch Transformation.
• Proactively build and partner effectively with key leaders (including client Regional Corporate Brand team) and Cushman & Wakefield stakeholders across functions and markets to ensure effective positioning of Property in Bank-wide, or Property communications initiatives/ campaigns.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Regional Head of Property and Asia senior leaders, establish their media presence via opinion pieces, interview opportunities and external speaking engagements in partnership with our global agency.
• Work collaboratively with the business teams to identify and execute thought leadership stories that will further promote the Property brand in region, by leveraging/co-authoring with C&W Thought leaders, to position Property as Thought Leaders topics in the Future of Workspace.

About You:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; with 10 – 12 years of Asia communications experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audience.
• Highly motivated, organized, adaptable and able to perform under pressure and within tight timelines.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful internal and external communication strategies.Blend of strategic mindset with hands-on communications skills. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder relationships.
• Capable of forming a remote operations team.
