We are looking for a Senior Team Manager (Recycling and Manufacturing) to be part of our core team to:

• Responsible for Budgeting and P&L of the team.
• Full accountability for the team.
• Create awareness and demand for company products or related products.

• Able to do waste recovery, recycling process, especially in battery waste recycling industry.
• Work with various internal and external teams to identify opportunities, provide support for tenders/projects and build training materials to support ease of doing business throughout.
• Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Drive the sharing of best practices and safety procedures across the business.
• Ensure standard work is developed, documented, adhered to, reviewed and revised as appropriate for all departmental activity.
• Benchmark existing team's service levels, develop and implement improvements.
• Keep current on all technical advances in business.
• Handle the product test with the local testing laboratory for certification, FAT, type test or approval.
• Proficient in Autocad, SLD.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution, or experience in related field
• Minimum of 2 years field experience in waste recovery and recycling process
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in factory operation
• Preferred experience in battery waste recycling industry
• Knowledge in basic chemistry
• Knowledge in research and development for waste recycling
• Knowledge in contract law and environmental law
• Minimum of 7 years field experience with electrical/UPS/transformer/solar products in related applications.
• Experience with designing and building electrical circuitry from scratch

Key Responsibilities

a. Client Engagement
• Clarify and manage Job Seeker expectations of the programme including responsibilities of both parties, data protection and programme requirements in order to achieve buy-in
• Provide career consultancy support including resume tailoring, interview preparation, exploration of alternative career options, etc. according to Job Seeker needs
• Identify barriers to employment, job goals and various training needs to develop mutually agreed upon Action Plan to support Job Seeker back into employment
