Our Parent Relations Executive will focus on managing an effective, efficient, and welcoming school Reception, ensuring a positive experience for parents and visitors. Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the frontline ambassador and warmly welcome students, parents and staff, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

2. When called upon, support admissions activities and events, including accompanying students for assessments, conducting tours for prospective families to showcase our school's facilities and offerings and making follow-up calls to families that toured the school.

3. Build rapport with parents and assist the Head of Communications & Parent Relations in collecting feedback, always maintaining a positive attitude and consistently striving for improvement and excellence.

4. Organise onboarding activities for new families, including but not limited to guiding them on the parent portal, organising parent and student lanyards, setting up canteen accounts and addressing enquiries.

5. Manage the Lost and Found department.

6. Maintain the reception area to align with brand expectations.

7. Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Reception and assist in developing and implementing new procedures to enhance the Reception workflow.

8. Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, particularly related to missing students and visitors’ access to the School.

9. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or staff members. Additionally, update enquiry and feedback information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enable the Admissions team to follow up promptly.

10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the School and its policies to provide accurate information on curriculum, concept, languages, policy, timings, calendar, facilities, fee structure, classes and events.

11. Ensure that voice messages on the school phone system are updated and accurate.

12. Attend various staff meetings and record minutes.

13. Undertake other Parent Relations projects and administrative tasks as required, including typing, photocopying, and preparing school brochures.

14. Act in accordance with relevant legislation and other guidelines, particularly regarding educational provision, health and safety initiatives and safeguarding and ensuring that all students and staff maintain these standards.

Other Duties:

15. Assist with other parts of the school as required.

16. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Skills

• Diploma and above, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to prioritise work, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive team player, championing the team’s and stakeholders’ needs
• Strong customer service management skills in the education industry or school setting preferred.
• Flexibility to work on some Saturdays when required

Responsibilities:

• Proper installation, testing and repair of all electrical and electronic wirings, appliances, equipment, fixtures and apparatus.
• Correctly using hand tools and test equipment to be able to determine the main cause of all electrical problems.
• Properly connect wires to transformers, circuit breakers and other electrical components.
• Inspecting electrical equipment, systems and components to be able to identify any defects, hazards, or a need for repair and adjustment.
• Providing the correct advise to the management of companies and homeowners regarding all electrical equipment being completely safe to use and ensuring that they are not hazardous.
• Planning out the correct layout and installation related to all electrical wirings, fixtures and equipment which is compliant to local codes.
• Proper use of a variety of tools and equipment such as measuring devices, testing equipment, power tools and construction equipment. This includes test lamps, oscilloscopes and ammeters.
• Maintaining an up to date electrician’s license or identification card which meets all government regulations.
• Performing replacements for electrical wirings and equipment which have been diagnosed as faulty. The most common examples of this are switches, relays and motors. They also set up sensing mechanisms and utilize the correct usage of hand tools and power tools.
• Carrying out the correct diagnosis of all electrical wirings and equipment which are malfunctioning. The most common example of this is printed circuit boards.

Project Engineer (ACMV)

Responsibilities:

1) Assist Project manager in overseeing the construction activities and progress,

planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master

and details work programmed.

2) Provide guidance to supervisor in relation to building works, ensure work progress

according to schedule and site inspection are carried out on time.

3) Organized resources and work out the allocation of tasks to work teams and sub-

contractors.

4) Assist the PM with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues.

Requirement

1) Diploma / Degree in relevant Building / Mechanical Engineering

2) Minimum 2 years working experience in construction M & E or ACMV Projects.

3) Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience

4) Possess Driving license and Own Vehicle (Car Allowance provide)

• Develop testing and commission schedule together with vendors and forward to client/commissioning team for approval.
• Test all items in inspection and test plan at work site or laboratory to verify conformation to the specified requirements.
• Implement and control tagging procedures at different levels.
• Coordinate with M&E department on M&E installation and T&C.
• Liaise with external laboratory to carry out the testing of materials.
• Organize and conduct handling over punch walks with clients and consultant team.
• Assist Manager in preparing handling over documents and handling over process.
• Ensure all site inspection records, QAQC documents and TC records are up to date.
• Responsible for the compliance to safety and occupational health practices to be implemented at QAQC section.
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting.
• Assist in all CONQUAS and QM assessment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Diploma Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of quality control/assurance experience in the Construction industry.
• Experience in civil infrastructure tunnelling works, MRT and deep excavation projects of similar scale, nature and complexity.
• Prior experience in working in construction site preferred, especially in Civil Projects.
