POSITION SUMMARY

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses and consistently provide customers with the highest level of service.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the administration of NS registration, pre-enlistment, and enlistment activities, and follow up on cases and issues post-activity.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and processes are adhered to.
• Perform verification checks on NS processes and ensure timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate with pre-enlistees and their parents when necessary, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for required actions.
• Engage with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical teams to discuss and plan system enhancements.
• Provide data and information for regular management reporting and support audits.
• Administer enlistment exercises at enlistment units and handle any related queries.
• Assist the manager with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Track record and passion of customer service experience and competency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills will be an advantage
• Meticulous with keen attention to details, highly disciplined and service-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)

Office Hours

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred or customer service experience
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
