3) To fulfill launch of a constrained, feasible and realistic Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) plans for Finished/Semi-Finished Goods for production run in consensus with MPS planner.

Operational :

To monitor and expedite delivery of materials to ensure timely delivery for production. To manage day-to-day materials requirement planning (MRP) for factory and ensure Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for factory's operations within given Master Production Schedule. To coordinate & liaise with relevant stakeholders (Production, QO, Application & Technology Group, Warehouse, etc.) in area relating to MRP planning to ensure timely supply for local and export sales with inclusive of customer orders fulfillment for both export & local shipment. Highlight in the event of high stock of factory's related materials due to drop in demand forecast or low inventory stock with sudden surge in demand.

Manage exceptions & Follow up with relevant stakeholders on corrective and preventive actions :-

a) Quality non conformance – liaison with QO team on estimated release, salvaging method and recovery plans & liaise with Procurement team on supplier performance improvement.

b) Material shortfalls – review on the delivery plan and reschedule recovery based on next arrival date with liaison with Procurement team where need be.

Key Outputs

1. Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18 month horizon that ensures supply of material to production whilst ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met; Liaison with MPS planner & production on weekly production program during WPR.
2. Monitors supply signals through the use of MRP purchase requisitions ensuring delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct and finally creating purchase orders and ensuring their fulfillment by the supplier.
3. Manages directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials including creating, sending, confirming, receiving, investigating errors and discrepancies on blocked or parked invoice lines and handling all exceptions in those operations, including claims management; Manage deliveries to ensure minimum detention & demurrage charges and to liaise with warehouse team with a mindset towards avoiding these charges.
4. Define the stock policy and management approach to be applied to each SKU within their portfolio; Housekeeping in SAP to ensure Healthcheck targets are met and also to sustain and upkeep on material master data integrity relating to MRP planning.

Two or more years of relevant operational experience at factory/market level is useful, in at least one of the following areas:

- Shelf Life management

Experience in the following processes would be highly beneficial:

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing the Operations Project team, in the facilitation of projects from planning to delivery within quality, cost, safety and time frames by ensureing accurate preparation and execution of all project activities in accordance to both company and statutory requirements

- Conduct reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/ or requirements

- Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and ensure all aspects of safety are met

- Oversee projects are being carried out to ensure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they conform with project timetable

- Assist in the maintenance, development and enhancement of the company's relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership

- Train and mentor the Operations team

- Liaise with customers with regards to all site matters and site meetings if required

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
