• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and standards.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly accounts of companies directly under your responsibility and other group of companies handled by accounting staff.

Job Requirement

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Leader to guide our Salesforce team in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our Salesforce environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving digital transformation across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, aligning with business strategies and requirements.

Qualifications:

Job Scope:

• Responsible for picking, packing, and preparing e-commerce orders efficiently and accurately.
• Handle stationery products, ensuring all items are correctly packed and undamaged.
• Perform stock checks and report any damaged or missing items.
• Manage inter-branch transfers (IBT) as required.

Additional Notes:

Scope of Work

• Support all aspects of domestic and international relocation and assignment programs globally.
  • Conduct pre-assignment counseling calls as requested by the business for Employees needing assistance on understanding the policy prior to committing to the move.
  • Resolve day to day issues that arise from Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partners such as generating cost detail reports, policy questions, etc.
  • Required to audit specific fields on every new authorization received and go back to Initiator to get correct information if incorrect
  • Consult with Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partners on best practices and solutions for their international and domestic transfers
  • Reconcile Letter of Understanding (LOU) and Employee Repayments when an employee terminates

• Participate in regional and global efforts to streamline mobility services to ensure operational efficiency.
• Be the Talent Mobility advisor and provide consultation of mobility and offerings to HRBPs, team members and suppliers, which includes handling exception, assist with cost projections.
• Lead suppliers to support employees and their families in using relocation and assignment benefits to meet program goals.
• Create successful reintegration experience of returning assignees through partnership with Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business partners.
• Support compliance with legal, tax and other regulatory requirements through partnership with applicable partners.
