· Plan materials requirement & process purchase order to support master production schedule.

· Coordinate delivery schedule of purchased parts to the manufacturing facility to support master production schedule.

· Support month end closing functions to ensure materials inventory accuracy.

· Coordinate material flow with other department & work on new materials lot qualification. Manage forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to master production schedule Co-ordinate closely with Purchasing Team to ensure on time delivery of raw materials.]Work closely with Production Team & RD Team on materials usage rate to ensure sufficient materials to support their manufacturing needs.

· Work closely with warehouse member to do monthly cycle count. Help with FG shipment documentation preparation.

· Co-ordinate with Forwarder on shipment allocation and etc. Update Shipment status into Customer system.

Requirements

· At least Diploma or 1~2 years of work experience materials or production planning related field.

· Warehouse Management System knowledge

· SAP knowledge

· Prepared to work overtime & during weekends due to work exigencies.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Design Manager with minimum of 8 years of experience. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing design teams on projects for large scale of Design in international background. The Design Manager must be well-versed with project requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:

Ensure designs meet project specifications, client expectations and company standards within a timeline.

Oversee the entire design process, from concept through to detailed design and construction documentation.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update the team (and clients if necessary) on project progress and address any concerns.

Ensure client requirements are accurately captured and reflected in the design.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of design.

Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications.

Conduct regular design audits and peer reviews to maintain quality and consistency.

Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or architecture. Proven experience in managing design teams on complex projects.
Experience in the design of residential and mixed use developments is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

This position is responsible for delivering quality food and maintaining kitchen standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining the entire kitchen operation

• Preparing hot and cold dishes and executing requests based on required specifications

• Assisting in the planning and development of menus and recipes

• Supervising, training, and developing staff and ensuring consistency in work performance

• Ensure quality control and presentation of the food

• Ensuring proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with the Company standards and sanitation regulations

• Maintain a planned food cost

• Assist in cleaning duties

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-5 years of related experience
