Responsibilities include:
- Assist in daily operation
- Ensure the restaurant and kitchen are clean and properly maintained
- Oversee food preparations, presentations and storage to ensure food health and safety standard
- Regular interactions with customers to gather feedback
- Resolving of conflicts in a professional manner
