JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Ensures trolley is fully stocked with clean linen and supplies.
• Cleans all rooms as assigned by senior housekeeper, which includes occupied, vacant ready, vacant dirty or vacant maintenance rooms.

• Turns in all lost and found items to housekeeping office immediately.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a range of operational activities within the warehouse including, but not limited to:

Your Skills And Experiences

• At least 3 years of customer service/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to coordinate and track orders, shipments, and deliveries accurately.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to warehouse operations and customer service (e.g., ERP, WMS or SAP systems, Microsoft Office).

• Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance with contractual timetable.
• Prepare and submit payment applications on due date, followup applications to ensure promote certificate and payment, and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner and are agreed to maximum value.
• Prepare works orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub-contractors final accounts.
• Ensure that the works are measured correctly and to maximum extent allowed.
• Ensure insurance claims are notified promptly and claim particular are submitted on time.
