· To assist Accountant to prepare yearly operating and capex budgets. To provide operating and capex budgeting reports and monitor them.

· To provide accurate financial and economic data resource to the management.

· Manage the everyday and every month’s accounting operation and back office function;

· Supervise the efficiency of the finance department

· Ensure adherence to rules and regulations of Standard Accounting Practices.

· To ensure that an organized up-to-date filing system is maintained for all pertinent financial records, including limitation of access, confidentiality and other preventive measures.

· To supervise accounting staff under his supervision on the correct standards and procedures and to assist them in handling their work challenges.

· To assist to modify the hotel finance regulation.

· Make every chance to give the advice such as improving the GOP, hotel service and cost reduction

· To assist to improve the efficiency of the Finance Department

· Establish procedures to review the accounting system and internal control regularly

· Oversees the capital expense and strengthen the budget management

· Manage the cash flow

· Solve the personal problems of the Finance Department

· To ensure that hotel’s assets/durables are properly maintained and recorded in both the fixed asset register and the general ledger.

· To verify computation of deprecation and disposal of fixed assets/durables.

· To prepare annual profit and loss and balance sheet for audit purpose and collect all information available for audit discussing with auditors in respect of any adjustments and answer any queries raised by them.

· To ensure all tax returns like quarterly GST return, yearly F1 Cess return, etc, are prepared and checked on time for Accountant’s verification and submission to authorities.

· To assist in completing statistical questionnaires or surveys from government or other authorized bodies

· To assist Accountant in computing tax computation for each property by providing details expenses analysis.

· To draft and work with external auditor on the audit financial statement.

· To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Outreach and Development team, you will support the marketing communications, partnerships and outreach efforts at the IPC Charity, to further the work, profile and presence of the organisation. Focusing on the IPC Charity’s branding, marketing materials, outreach opportunities, touchpoints with various stakeholders, social media as well as media engagements, you will support the IPC Charity with:

1. Strategic Communication and Brand Storytelling: Crafting compelling narratives that align with the IPC Charity's mission, articulating the impact of its services, and building strong brand awareness amongst stakeholders (including funders, potential and existing donors, community partners and public).
2. Digital Engagement and Data Analysis: Proficiently utilising digital platforms to engage target audiences, and measuring effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies for maximum engagement through data analytics.
3. Partnership Building and CRM Expertise: Developing partnerships and managing relationships through effective use of CRM tools to expand the IPC Charity's network.
4. Creative Content Development and SEO: Creating engaging content optimized for search engines to enhance online presence and attract traffic to the IPC Charity's digital channels.
5. Adaptive Project Leadership: Managing and executing integrated marketing projects that are responsive to the evolving needs of the community, and aligned to the IPC Charity’s strategies.

This role may require you to work on weekends and public holidays if there are programmes or events. You will work closely with the Outreach & Development team members. You may also be required to work on other areas and projects as assigned by your Reporting Officer, the Board and Management.

Preferred Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, outreach, partnerships or related fields.

- Prior experience in the social services sector will be an advantage

Technical Competencies

- Ability to write well for various platforms and target audiences, and ability produce and deliver proposals and pitches.

- Strong competency in creative content development and SEO

- Data analytics for digital and social media platforms

- Experience with graphic design software will be an advantage.
