Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Team

• Design, implement and maintain integrations between Wise and complex financial systems 

• Develop and design scalable and repeatable network architecture and computer systems infrastructure

• Communicate with various stakeholders throughout Wise, plan roadmaps with your team, and work through challenges to determine scope and realistic delivery

• Working and collaborating with our larger platform engineering team and alongside product engineering on global projects

• Work with Leads and Staff Engineers to influence the direction and change current technology implementations in order to improve and modernise current Payment Integrations solutions.

• Ensure reliable connectivity and uptime across all network components.

ServiceNow is looking for a high achieving Sales Development Representative- Inbound to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. You will play a role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers and giving feedback on which campaigns generate the best leads. Working in collaboration with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals, your primary goal is to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support.

• Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunities
• Manage all inbound leads to Sales acceptance
• Work with Marketing in completing multiple demand generation campaigns
• Invite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade shows
• Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points
• Research target accounts for prospecting activities, building prospecting contact lists and company/account mappings
• Maintain contact information within the CRM, providing the account team with information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are identified
