As part of the Sales and Marketing Leadership Team, the role develops a deeper understanding of the organizational systems of work and prepares them for future leadership positions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maximize the effectiveness of the Leadership Team and the GSMO through routines and processes without removing the authority for action to drive
  
• Coordinate Sales and Marketing’s regular deliverables for the Board, CEO and CCO, and support the management of adhoc requests
  
• Support risk management activities including material risk assessments, Priority Group Risk and Key Risk Indicators reporting, and internal audit assurance reviews
  
• Support key activities as part of a wider enterprise planning process, including the development and governance of performance metrics to drive strategic objectives
  
• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to improve the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of teams
  
• Support the continued delivery of BHP operating model and ways of working
  
• Partner with the Sales and Marketing Culture team to drive cultural improvements using feedback from the Employee Perception Surveys (EPS)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating and executing machining plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate the work between various departments, including production, purchasing, quality, etc., to ensure smooth production.
• Monitor production progress and resolve problems and risks in the process in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the statistics and analysis of production data to provide basis for decision-making.
• Develop a reasonable production plan based on project needs and clarify production tasks;
• Control key nodes and potential risk points, and assist the production team to monitor the output of each process to ensure that each project is delivered on schedule;
• Confirm and manage orders in a timely manner according to the actual production situation in the workshop;
• Communicate, coordinate and handle abnormal orders in a timely manner internally and externally to ensure that projects are delivered on time.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in production/ assembly planning or automation project management
• Proficient in using production management software and office software.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills; strong data statistical analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
