Processing, sorting, filing & data entry of various accounting documents to be used for Financial Statements’ generation. Maintenance & record keeping of attendance, incentives and benefits including payroll processing. Assist in the administration of Accounts & HR policies.
Performance Area 1: Documentation
Tasks:
1. Maintain complete records of employees in various HR softwares.
2. Compilation of supporting documents for all accounting transactions
3. Maintain all files in an organized manner.
Performance Area 2: Accounting Support
Tasks:
1. Data entry of suppliers Invoice and reconciliation of Statement of Accounts from suppliers.
2. Prepare Statement of Accounts for Customers & follow up collections.
Maintain proper records of cash and cheque collections; prepare debt collection status report
and Aged Receivable Report.
3. Prepare Payment Voucher to suppliers and creditors
4. Maintain, record and disburse petty cash and prepare related summary reports.
Performance Area 3: HR & Administrative Support
Tasks:
1. Assist in full spectrum of Accounts & HR administration.
2. Record keeping and monitoring of attendance, workers’ overtime, leave entitlements, benefits and other incentives. Prepare related reports for management review and for payroll processing
3. Assist in orientation of newly joined employee.
4. Maintain employee personal records in the HR Software and update workers details to be used in the Operations Department.
5. Assist in MOM issues, workers courses, workers’ medical appointment and others.
6. Prepare and calculate monthly payroll for workers.
7. Monitor and handle the upkeep of company’s vehicles like insurance, road tax, repairs etc.
