The Content Manager will support the Director of Communications in crafting compelling, clear, and impactful content to advance GCMD’s mission to decarbonise the maritime sector.

Job Responsibilities:

· This role will require you to support GL, AP and AR activities, and to be part of the monthly closing process and other recurring accounting activities for the entity.

· Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.

· Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.

· Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.

· Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.

· Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.

Requirement

· Bachelor’s degree in one of: business, finance, accountancy or similar field. CA, ACCA, CPA or CMA Certification is preferred.

· 2 - 3 years of experience working in audit, accounting/finance-related or similar field.

· Advance understanding and knowledge of Accounting in Construction Industry

· Highly flexible, creative problem solver, with a strong ability to multi-task.

· High tolerance for ambiguity, changing work priorities and deadlines, and a willingness to take on responsibilities and to prioritize own work on multiple projects.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.

• Valid Class 4 Driving License and Bus Vocational License
• Keen interest to learn and use digital tools and technology
• Experience in customer service will be advantageous
• Positive working attitude
• Able to keep bus clean daily
• Basic vehicle maintanance acknowleadge
• At least 3 years expierence in driving 40 seater and above bus

Requirements:

· Class 4 driving licence holders welcomed to join

· SENIOR workers welcomed

· Punctual, hardworking and independent

· Vocational license is the must

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice period

• Perform the Goods Receiving Officer role in New Finance System (NFS). This includes processing payments for Purchase Order (PO) items
• Coordinate and raise service requests for procurement
• Manage and monitor POs (incl. raising and closing POs) for the Financial Year (FY)
• Collect monthly carpark charges from officers
• Facilitate monthly routine checks (i.e., check payroll and claims reports and carpark charges report)
• Process telecommuting subsidies to new officers
• Raise journals to process refunds or reimbursements

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant finance operations experience
• Knowledge of Government financial systems will be an advantage
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Singaporeans only
