1. Human Resources Related Duties

● Manage full suite of HR matters including payroll

● Review and implement HR policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance

● Conduct learning needs analysis and identify training programmes for all staff

● Design and conduct orientation and induction programme and HR workshops

2. Organisation Development Duties
