Organization Overview:

Metta Preschool Punggol (慈光幼儿园) has been providing specialized early intervention programs since its official opening on 31 July 2010. We receive cases from SG Enable through hospital referrals, with enrollment following an initial screening process. Our center focuses on early intervention for children aged two to six years old, from various races and religions, diagnosed or suspected with mild to moderate autism spectrum disorders (ASD), global developmental delay, and/or intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to maximize the developmental potential of these children.

Program Structure:

Children attend 3-hour sessions twice a week. Our multi-disciplinary team, including teachers, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists, collaborates to set specific and measurable 1-year goals for each child's Individualized Education Plan (IEP). The IEP covers six domains: fine motor, gross motor, adaptive, cognitive, social communication, and social skills.

Position Summary:

The Early Intervention Teacher plays a crucial role in implementing the Metta Preschool curriculum and fostering a safe, healthy, and conducive learning environment for students. This role involves collaboration with a transdisciplinary team to develop individualized education plans and deliver quality early intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Metta Preschool curriculum.
• Develop and prepare curriculum resources.
• Provide and maintain a safe, healthy, and conducive learning environment for students.
• Maintain student records.
• Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a transdisciplinary team.
• Organize activities and outings for students.
• Assist in the On-the-Job Training (OJT) of new staff and interns.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Comply with NCSS/MSF requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Curriculum.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) (SDESN) is preferred.
• Relevant work experience in a preschool setting is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and within a transdisciplinary team.
• Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible.
• Interest in working with children with special needs.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00AM TO 5.00PM /8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

• Support projects from the Electrical Engineering/Design perspective of Buildings (Mixed-Development, Commercial, Residential) from initial scoping through detailed design, commissioning, and final handover, including preparing technical specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with respective departments to develop client proposals and tenders, aiming to achieve profitable business outcomes. This involves bid planning, facilitation, cost estimation, writing, technical input, and necessary approvals.
• Serve as a technical authority, providing mentorship and guidance to other electrical engineers in the team while ensuring technical excellence in all aspects of project execution.
• Foster strong client relationships by contributing to client plans and maintaining a positive rapport while supporting the development and motivation of team members and junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimal of 3-5 years of prior functional experience with Engineering Consultants, Design Practices or Professional Services
• Portfolio - one of Retail, Commercial, Mixed-Development, High-End Hospitality
• Good knowledge of working drawings and construction practices
• Conversant with local codes & regulations
• Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures

As a Pre-board Screening Officer, you are responsible for conducting security screening checks for air travellers and their belongings, while exhibiting the highest degree of vigilance and providing excellent customer service in a challenging environment. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the airport security guidelines. This position requires you to go through a specialised training.

Job scope:

• Screening of passengers at designated zones
• Manual bag checks
• Usage of security screening equipment for screening purposes.
• X-ray screening of checked in luggages for prohibited items
• Conduct access control duties at the terminals
• Screen passengers and their hand-held luggage for prohibited items before boarding the aircraft

Salary:

• Up to $2,850/mth
• Completion bonus of $2,500

Working Pattern for 12 hrs shift:

• 4 days work, 2 days off
• 5 days work, 1 day off
