Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct behavioural assessments, including functional analyses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

4. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective intervention strategy.

6. Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines as set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications

1. Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.

• Setup a spare part inventory system that can forecast usage. Ensure employees are disciplined in housekeeping and maintaining the system.
• Set performance expectations for employees and have regular review to keep track of performance. Clearly define responsibility and develop empowerment in the group. Jointly work with employees to develop their career path.
