Job Description:

• Work with Project Manager to confirm system designs and procurement
• Monitor project progress of sub-contractors and conduct site inspections regularly
• Manage sub-contractors for efficient and prompt completion of work
• Make sure project is carried out according to schedule

Job Description:

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software
• Handle designing and drafting work as assigned by the Architects or engineers under minimal supervision
• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications
• Complete drafting responsibilities within schedule assigned
• Review drawings and ensure it is within drafting standards prior to submissions

Primary Objective:

• Perform the daily BAU operations i.e. loan disbursements, repayments, fee collections, prepayments, rollovers

and redemptions, monitoring and sweeping of funds from special-purpose accounts e.g. DSRA, Operating

accounts for loan repayments and monitoring of scheduled repayments for bilateral and syndication deals.

Perform GL reconciliation & ensure outages are resolved within stipulated turnaround time.

• Ensures accuracy, efficiency and meets the agreed turnaround time with the Business Units while avoiding

operational risks and losses.

• Supports the department’s effort to improve productivity, efficiency and lower costs via continuous process

improvements.

• Maintains good business relationships/partnerships with key stakeholders, aligning actions to customer needs.

• Ensure all SLA/TAT are being met.

• Participate in process improvement discussions to improve the turnaround time for BAU processes.

• Identify operational risks and implement measures/controls to plug the risk gaps so that processes are in line with

the with all internal & external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators

• Work together with Team Lead to ensure that audit rating is “Satisfactory” or better.

• Work together with Team Lead to ensure that CRA rating is at least “On Target” or better.

• Work together with Team Lead to ensure no/minimal operational lapses/financial losses.
