Senior Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent credit analysis and evaluations, including financial analysis and projections, for project financing and local or Chinese-based large conglomerates.

• Identify key risks and mitigating factors, presenting cases to the Credit Committee for deliberation and approval.

• Perform customer visits alongside the front office to understand business operations.

• Ensure timely completion of credit reviews by planning and organizing workflow efficiently.

• Recommend ad-hoc trade requests within the scope of approving authority.

• Review credit documentation to verify compliance with approved terms and conditions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Prior experience in the banking sector is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking regulators, clients, and stakeholders effectively.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-departmental stakeholders.

• Proactive, energetic, and results-driven with excellent business acumen.

• Basic $2650 to $3500 + Allowances + JOINING BONUS

• Monitoring CCTV for suspicious activity.
• Conducting patrols and clocking duties.
• Performing access control duties.
