Major Functions:

The Assistant Manager for the Market Transformation Team will play a key role in driving WWF Singapore's initiatives to engage businesses, producers, and consumers in sustainable practices, specifically in preventing deforestation and conversion of ecosystems and reducing waste to landfill. Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the customer to understand application constraints and performance criteria to translate their needs into design requirements optimized for 3D Printing
• Implement generative design and topology optimization techniques to enhance efficiency and material utilization and ensure that parts designed consider factors such as build orientation, support structures, and material characteristics
• Generate and finalize part design and assist process engineers to develop proper manufacturing processes
• Stay abreast of advancements in metal 3D printing technologies, materials, and design methodologies and continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and techniques to improve design processes and outcomes

Qualifications：

• Master in mechanical engineering or similar technical discipline
• 3+ years in metal 3D printing
• Experience using Additive Manufacturing Software such as Materialise Magics

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct student assessment and therapy planning

• Conduct functional assessments to determine required therapy interventions
• Formulate child-centred and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) goals in collaboration with student and relevant stakeholders (ie. teachers, parents, therapy team)
• Select appropriate and specific outcome measures to enable evaluation of therapy progress and outcomes
• Provide therapy recommendations based on evaluation of children’s needs
• Communicate assessment results, therapy plans, goals and outcome measures to relevant stakeholders

2. Provide clinical guide and intervention

• Adhering to clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide clinical expertise and consultation for research and education
• Provide interventions for children both in the inclusion and integration setting whenever needed
• Evaluate therapy progress and outcomes using selected therapy outcome measures at regular intervals
• Modify therapy plans based on children’s progress and motivation as well as therapy outcome measures collected
• Formulate discharge plans based on student’s performance in consultation with relevant stakeholders
• Improve intervention by adoption of new and evidence-based techniques and technologies
• Communicate intervention plans, outcome measures, progress and discharge criteria to relevant stakeholders
• Empower children, caregiver and teachers on methods to enhance health, mobility and functions through self-management strategies
• Prescribe assistive devices and equipment according to children’ and teachers’ needs

3. Perform clinical administration and operations

• Educate parents, caregivers and teachers on available clinical services
• Recommend procurement, and monitor utilisation of equipment and resource materials

4. Continuing education, research activities and training

• Participate in continuous professional development
• Plan and conduct continuous professional development activities for key stakeholders
• Provide clinical education for children and/or staff
• Participate in work improvement project(s)

5. Carry out tasks as assigned

Job Holder Requirements:

• Recognised Degree/Master in Speech Therapy (listed in https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/ahpc/apply-to-be-a-registered-allied-health-professional/lists-of-recognised-qualifications)
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience managing a paediatric caseload
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, being both client-centered and service-oriented
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with good written and verbal communication skills
• For senior role, applicant should have at least 5 years of clinical paediatric experience, with AHPC supervisor status

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide all administrative support to Project Lead
• Coordinate with purchasing for the invoices.

Job Role Description

Assist Head of Department to oversee company’s Overseas Franchise Developments and Local Leasing activities

Overseas Franchise

· Ensure uniformity on all franchise developments

· Work closely with overseas Franchisee and JV partners to ensure smooth opening of stores and launch of activities

· Collect Financial data from franchise outlets, monitor, and analyse the performance. Identify opportunities for sales growth through promotions and sharing of best practises.

· Assist in maintaining and updating of Franchise documentations i.e. SOP, new dishes launch.

· Conduct overseas / local audits and in accordance to the company guidelines and report findings for follow up actions.

· Work with marketing department to supply franchisees with essential support. Policing marketing and social media contents to ensure compliances.

· Perform administrative duties for the franchise management team, such as arranging travel, draft training itinerary, coordinate visits, preparing trip reports and organizing bi-annual business review meetings.

· Using available franchise tools, conduct preliminary franchise assessment for new interested parties.

Local Leasing

· Assist HOD in reviewing Tenancy agreements and conditions.
