We are seeking an experienced QEHS Manager to lead and oversee the company’s compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Integrated Management System (IMS), driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Job Description:
· Ensure the company’s compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
· Lead and manage internal and external audits to maintain certifications and compliance.
· Develop and deliver QEHS-related training programs to enhance employee awareness and adherence.
· Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the QEHS management system.
· Establish and manage QEHS documentation controls to meet evolving regulatory and business needs.
· Collaborate with process owners to ensure all IMS requirements are properly implemented and updated.
· Drive, plan and provide new initiative and ideas to improve the overall budget for equipment calibrations and control documentation.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
· At least 5-10 years of working experience in WSH related fields or equivalent in manufacturing industry.
· Proven experience in a leadership role managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
· Strong knowledge of QEHS management systems and documentation control processes.
· Experience leading audits and coordinating with certification bodies.
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· A proactive leader with the ability to inspire and engage teams across the organization.
· Willing to perform overtime
