· Good knowledge of joinery carpentry methods and ability to perform hands-on fabrication/installation.
· Ability to fabricate and install the wooden structures, cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, and etc.
· Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
· Experience using woodworking machinery, hand tools, or power tools to construct or repair cabinets, doors, frames, flooring, or other wooden fixtures.
· Assemble and secure materials using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowels, or glue to create wooden frames or supports.
· Ability to use hand tools to remove damaged or defective parts or structural components and repair or replace as necessary.
· Capable to use a variety of carpenter hand tools to help lead carpentry plans and lay out works based on construction drawings, design drawings, models, and more.
· Study specifications in construction drawings, design drawings, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine required dimensions and materials.
· Moves necessary materials around the job site and clears debris from the job site as assigned.
· To monitor the works progress and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
· Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and ensure that works are carried out properly and according to design intents.
· Ability to lead and coordinate operations teams through operational processes, provide advice and support and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the best quality.
