Job Scope

• Adapt and implement lesson plans following established guidelines and methodology to optimise the curriculum's effectiveness in achieving learning outcomes.
• Conduct interactive and dynamic classroom sessions that actively engage students, promoting critical thinking and active participation.
• Support any curriculum related work
• Evaluate students' progress and tailor recommendations and personalised plans based on their unique learning needs, leveraging learning analytics.

• Provides 1-to-1 consultations through an in-house messaging platform to address students’ academic needs outside of the classroom.

Overview

This role will be part of a team responsible for trading of advanced materials for industrial products across the Southeast Asia region for electronics, semiconductors, renewable energy, including, wafers, optical, facilities parts/equipment and Semiconductor materials.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the strategic planning team focusing on sales and business development activities while maintaining existing relationship with key customers. Build networks, manages relationships, seeks, and identifies business opportunities in Malaysia, Singapore, and ASEAN region.
• Support in developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Support in developing and managing sales and marketing strategies towards acquiring new customers, conducts due diligence and establishing relationships, continuously expand sales revenue, including adequate communication with suppliers and customers to promote products, solutions, discuss demands and trends, develop promotional ideas and material for solution business etc.
• Sales of products and solutions through specialized knowledge of the products, along with deep understanding of customer needs.
• Follow up on customer payment status, support in procurement, inventory analysis, and resolving shipment issues.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and Support Management on budget preparation.
• Proactively communication and work with all stakeholders to provide customized solution based on customer’s requirement.

Requirements:

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or Business or equivalent.
• At least 3-6 years of experience in electronics/semiconductors Optical Communication, Optics, or other related industries
• Demonstrated sales record, the initiative to acquire new customers, recommend solutions and execute sales is required.
• Technical and product knowledge of electronic devices/machinery is preferred.
• Knowledge of the latest market and business trends
• Data analytics skills to harness financial data to inform decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are required to communicate with supplier/customer from China or Taiwan, knowledge of Japanese is also an advantage for communication with counterparts from Japan.

Job Scope:

• To review project specifications and technical clarifications
• To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• May occasionally be requested for business trip outside of Singapore for IT operations.
• Assist in setup of servers, firewalls and other network equipment for small offices
• Provide office IT support to the company employees.
• Provide vessel IT support to the crews onboard the vessels.
• Ensure all the IT issues are resolved within the stipulated time.
• Ensure assigned IT project tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Provide effective communication and customer service to the employees and the crews, in person and through phone calls and emails.
• Oversee and keep IT assets such as servers, laptops, monitors and printers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or recognized Diploma in technology or computer science.
• Preferably 3-5 years or above experience working in infrastructure, network and security areas.
• Knowledge and certification in Microsoft 365, VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V and CCNA will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge and experience in LAN/WAN network configuration
• Able to multi-tasking and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

Develop applications for Robot Planning and Management System (RPMS). The incumbent would also work closely with the Software Architect to refine the RPMS implementation plan and specifications.

Objectives of this Role

• Developing software application for a Cloud Native RPMS, for deployment on public and private clouds.
• Working with the Software Architect of the RPMS to ensure the applications developed are according to specifications.
• Own the development effort for 1-2 applications in the RPMS;
• Maintaining and updating the overall software stack for the RPMS;
• Setting up, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP) of web applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Docker containers
• Build competency in cloud native architecture design and application developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Highly proficient in one or more programming languages, eg. C/C++, Python, Golang and JavaScript.
• Experience in any of the following areas will be advantageous:CI/CD or DevOps SDLC.
  Cloud based robot fleet management.
  ROS and ROS 2 or any robotic middleware.
  Software as a service (SaaS) applications development.
  Linux (Ubuntu/RedHat) and Windows OS.
