Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Finance Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for stock-related tasks, i.e, Stock adjustment, item creation, Costing, stocktake, and miscellaneous analysis.
• Preparation of GST quarterly returns and posting of GST-related entries.
• Handle staff claims and audit support.
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing, i.e. Accrual journal, prepare balance sheet schedules.
• Assist in ad-hoc finance project in automation of the task.
• Assist in other finance work-related tasks and cover other colleagues when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience as a finance executive or similar roles preferably in Food manufacturing/FMCG/F&B industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlooks, Words, Excel & Navision
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude

• Location: West
• Working hours: 5 days work week
• Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support employees on all officially sanctioned hardware and software for end-user computing.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware and software, providing relevant recommendations.
• Contribute to project-related tasks as needed.
• Adopt a proactive stance in ensuring all personnel at the primary facility receive comprehensive IT support, in collaboration with the IT department to guarantee efficient operational support.

Job Scope:

- Answering phone call and reply the email.

- Filing documents and key in data to the computer or system.

- Handle purchasing by sourcing for pricing of material/ components as described by technical department.

- Follow up on order status, delivery timings, etc. To receive the goods in a timely manner.

- Paperwork to track PO issues, filing of the paperwork for future retrieval for repeat orders, etc.

- Ensure received goods are the correct items, quantity, and storage within company.

- Continuous sourcing for best pricing for regularly used material.

- Liaise with Delivery and Accounts for incoming/ outgoing payments and collection/ delivery of material.
