Job Description

• Supervision and Leadership:Lead, supervise, and mentor tunnel construction crews.
  Coordinate day-to-day tunnel operations and construction activities.
  Ensure effective communication between all team members and stakeholders.
  Monitor the performance of staff and provide ongoing training.
  
• Safety and Compliance:Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
  Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
  Monitor tunneling work for compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  Implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  
• Project Management:Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure tunneling projects are completed on time and within budget.
  Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  Coordinate material and equipment logistics.
  
• Quality Control:Oversee the quality of work being performed in tunnels.
  Perform inspections of tunneling work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  Resolve any technical or engineering issues that arise during construction.
  
• Problem-Solving:Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the tunneling process, including equipment failures, delays, and safety concerns.
  Work with engineers and the project team to develop solutions for unforeseen problems.
  
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of daily operations, safety reports, and project progress.
  Prepare and submit reports on project milestones, safety inspections, and any issues encountered.
  Ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance and project auditing.
  
• Equipment and Resource Management:Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of tunneling equipment and machinery.
  Ensure proper maintenance schedules for all equipment used in tunneling operations.
  Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials for tunneling projects.
  

Requirements

• Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in tunnel construction.Experience in using tunneling equipment and managing complex tunnel projects.
• Skills:Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  In-depth knowledge of tunneling methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
  Strong project management and time-management abilities.
• Physical Requirements:Ability to work in potentially hazardous and confined environments.
  Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in physically demanding conditions.

Job Description:

• Support the planning, management and operations of multiple projects, not limited to events, exhibitions and installations.
• Work closely and cohesively with the Account Servicing team to ensure concepts and proposals approved by clients are turned into reality.
• Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders (not limited to suppliers and contractors) for quotations, and assist in the procurement process.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements.
• Apply for all relevant licenses and permits required with relevant authorities.
• Prepare pre-event planning documents and coordinate with all stakeholders (not limited to suppliers, contractors and venue owners) to facilitate a smooth pre-event setup.
• Provide on-site operational support and manpower management.

• Manage the transportation and delivery of all equipment and event assets, including the proper accounting of such items.
• Manage and coordinate post-event teardown matters, including the reinstatement/return of venue to its original state.
• Manage event operations and production budgets.
• Plan and source for the necessary resources to support the pre-event planning, on-site event execution and coordination to support the delivery of a successful event.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a team player and possesses the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidate must possess a keen interest in event operations and production (not limited to Audio-Visual, props fabrication and IT).
• Candidate must be a good negotiator and is able to articulate ideas effectively
