Duties

• Assist Recruitment Consultant with fulfilling the staffing needs of clients and job seekers
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews
• Provide support to the sales team
• Perform Administrative and Data Entry duties
• Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director
• Assist the Director daily tasks and follow up closely
• Other Ad-hoc duties apply if needed

• Min A Levels

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the licensees operating at the range
• Provide feedback on the conditions and improvements at the Driving Range for the enjoyment of golfers, and assistance during golf practicing
• Maintain a control record of credits transfer for Player/Staff/damage cards
• Coordinate in conjunction with supervisor all promotional activities/event at the range
• Recommend sales promotion and other activities beneficial to members
• Monitor and ensure facilities are clean and in good condition
• Report on Range Card System if it is not functioning.
• Ensure all transactions and cash are accounted and submitted to Finance Department
• Ensure the collecting and washing of range balls function efficiently
• To operate the SkyTrak Launch Monitor and Tablet and simple troubleshooting of the device
• Ensure range mats are rotated and clean
• Ensure driving range baskets are collected and placed neatly for golfers use

Requirements

• GCE N / O Levels preferred with at least 1 year of experience in similar capacity
• Fair knowledge and experience of golf is preferred
• Familiarity with operation of PC Card Sales system is an added advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
• 5-day work week (Mon to Sun), rotating shifts: 06:45am to 04:00pm / 10:45am to 08:00pm / 01:45pm to 11:00pm
• Pick up from Bedok and Tanah Merah MRT stations, monthly laundry allowance provided
