The Assistant Nurse Manager will also be responsible for providing assistance and support to the Nurse Manager in the day-to-day operations, improvements and enhancements of clinical nursing services within the nursing home so as to ensure safe, high quality, efficient and cost-effective care is delivered to residents and their families.

Job Responsibilities

• Organise and provide on-the-job training to all staff to ensure there is continual development in the clinical aspects

Responsibilities

· Formulate new flavour creations or modify existing flavours to meet customer requirements, internal testing needs, or new technology development for multiple flavour types for Savoury segment

· Prepare flavour samples as requested for customer briefs, applications needs, technology performance assessment, QC standards, physical testing, etc.

· Participate in the evaluation of materials developed internally or from external sources and assess potential for flavour creation

Professional Experience
