Intern, Product Strategy & Business Intelligence Analyst (Data & Metrics Focused)
Be part of the Southeast-Asia (“SEA”) Business Solutions team that work on high-impact projects, providing strategy development and solutions design to formulate product strategy, prototype new products, and execute product expansion and improvement initiatives. As an intern, you will be involved in the following areas:
Responsibilities
- Analyse front end traffic to identify user behaviour patterns & identify conversion improvement areas
- Define and build dashboard for tracking of key user persona, business & front end metrics to provide actionable insights
- Conduct A/B test & leverage statistical methods to interpret test results
- Render research support on new products and verticals, focusing on gathering insights to develop high impact, best in class practices and product solutions for our users.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other initiatives as required to meet business requirements

Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, business, engineering, or mathematics with a strong academic record
- A fast-learner with a strong background and aptitude in analytics, strategic thinking, ability to process complex issues and problem solve
- Working proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Have interest in investing and basic understanding of investment and other financial products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel), SQL, & Analytics Platform like Mixpanel/Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Proven track record of identifying & improving conversion rates
- Ability to present findings in structured & actionable manner
- Candidates with previous internship or work experience in product strategy, growth analytics, business intelligence in tech or e-com environments will be preferred.
