Roles & Responsibilities:
1. As the general manager of the company, fully responsible for the operation and management of the company, and directly accountable to the board of directors;
2. Responsible for formulating the overall strategic development plan of the company and supervising its implementation, fully achieving the company's development goals;
3. Responsible for the development of the company's business, expanding industries, products, and markets, and increasing market share;
4. Responsible for exploring and planning new business segments, new business models, new development paths, etc., and implementing them in the company to promote the healthy, stable, and sustainable development of the enterprise;
5. Responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's institutional process construction, human resources development, financial and operational control, etc., to enhance the level of enterprise management and ensure safe and orderly operation.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a well-known university both domestically and internationally;
2. Having more than ten years of work experience and at least five years of management experience as a deputy general manager or above;
3. Having work experience in the edible agricultural products industry such as edible oils and grains, with stable customer resources and upstream and downstream channels;
4. Have professional knowledge and skills related to international trade, and be able to directly apply them to work;
5. Strong achievement motivation and entrepreneurial desire, strong communication and coordination skills, leading the team to develop together;
6. Fluent in Chinese reading and writing.
