· To process & coordinate all types of inbound/outbound shipments including preparation of shipping documentation timely to ensure smooth operation

· Interface with multiple parties including shipping agent, customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc. on shipment requirements and information & when required.

· Support sales on communication with maintaining relationships with clients on payment & shipment follow up

· Ensure supplier cost adheres to market competition & efficiency

· Coordinate maintenance & services of the operation facility (company van & loading bay) – more on quotation and work progress follow up

· Verify suppliers and/ or forwarder’s invoice

· Perform any other functions as deemed necessary by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

· Diploma in any discipline, with at least 2 years relevant experience in similar roles

· Work experience and knowledge of import & export logistics shipment handling

· Passionate about learning new things & the ability to quickly understand on the situation to achieve the goals

· Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information shared

· Good communication skills & pleasant disposition to perform multi-levels of coordination

· Office: Boon Lay/Pioneer | Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Ferry workers from to and from work site.
• Supervise worker
• Deliver documents or materials to required destinations.
• Operate Lorry Crane
• Loading and unloading of materials from the vehicle.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure that the vehicle is in good and safe condition.
• Keep vehicle clean and regular maintenance on vehicle.
• Drive in safety manner at all times and adhering to traffic rules and regulations stated in the road traffic.
• Attend to other ad hoc duties instructed by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3/Class 4/Class 5 driver with good driving records.
• Must have experience in operating lorry crane.
• Positive attitude to work independently as a team player, meticulous and organised
• Willing to learn, independent and self-motivated
• At least 2 years working experience
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
• Familiar with Singapore road.
• Able to handle moderately heavy goods.
• Complying with LTA Road Safety and traffic regulation
• Complying with various sites safety regulation and requirement
• Possesses a lorry crane operator license
• Able to read, write and communicate in English

Other Information

• 5.5/6 days work per week
• Working Hours: 8am to 7pm

• Prepare daily schedule for on-field teams
• Preparation of pictorial reports for monthly submissions
• Preparation of quotations as and when required
• Collecting of mails
• Answer clients’ queries (email / call / whatsapp)
• Disseminating information to teams
• Maintenance of office (eg. Filing, notice board, etc)
• Undertake any ad-hoc task or project as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Good written, verbal communication skills in English is required
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally
• Able to work independently

5-days work week (Mon-Fri)
