Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and participate in meetings with clients and technical teams to resolve variation orders (VO) and other contractual matters.
• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors for awarded packages, and prepare essential documents, including Letters of Intent (LOI), and Subcontract Agreements, along with contractual review reports.
• Manage variation orders, and issue payment certificates to subcontractors until final account settlement, including applying contra charges where applicable.
• Oversee the preparation of progress claims and provide detailed information to the Project Director/Manager for quantification and variation claims.
• Manage progress claims, update progress payments, and handle variation orders.
• Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to discuss additional work requirements and verify progress claims and payments.
• Drafting correspondence letters related to contract matters.
• Advise the project team on contractual rights, complaint resolution, and VO settlements.
• Conduct cost exercises, summarize bid details, and lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate tender proposals, clarify terms, and ensure budget alignment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Skilled in negotiating with subcontractors and effective in client interactions.
• Strong understanding of contracts and commercial issues, with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Store Keeper Job Description

We are looking for an organized, experienced store keeper to be responsible for all stock, staff management, and planning promotional campaigns for the store. Storekeeper is a person who is responsible for goods in a store. Storekeeper is very important person for the store. He is the in charge of store department and also responsible for store control.

Storekeeper Duties & Responsibilities:

· Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of storage area.

· Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.

· Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.

· Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.

· Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.

· Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

· Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.

· Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene.

· Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

· Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.

· Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s).

· Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.

· Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory/Materials Management System.

· Post all invoices using the MMS - Material Management System.

· Speak with others using clear and professional language.

· Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.

· Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.

· Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.

· Assist the Accounts Payable Clerk / payable assistant in finding out any cost discrepancies.

· Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.

· Extend all requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system.

· Work closely with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.

· Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.

· Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.

Storekeeper Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields
• Well experience in retail management or sales
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies
• Positive, friendly, and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

• Lead the team in executing electrical work during the construction phase, including cable tray installation, cable pulling, panel installation, cable termination, and testing/commissioning for MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, DCIS/HMI, etc.
• Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with design documents.
• Manage a team comprising supervisors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Responsible for electrical interfaces with the operational team, conducting meetings, and providing technical clarifications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot electrical switchgear faults or failures, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze and enhance equipment reliability to prevent recurrence, collaborating with operation groups and external contractors.
• Prepare documentation for maintenance work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and utilizing appropriate Method Statements and Risk Assessments, meeting BCA requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems, equipment, and rooms align with internal customers' needs.
• Review inspection and testing plans for electrical and instrument system installations through relevant checklists.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth completion of projects.
