Job Summary:
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and build relationships. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services
2. Identify and qualify leads, scheduling follow-up calls/meetings
3. Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and interests
4. Address objections, providing solutions and overcoming concerns
5. Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues
6. Update customer information and sales data in CRM systems
7. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
9. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies
10. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
