We seek a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Livestream Account Manager, whose responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure our solutions are delivered promptly and successfully according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationships with clients. • Manages Facebook, Tiktok, Lazada, & Shopee Livestream accounts. Responsible for creating live stream campaigns on social media and e-commerce platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, etc) for two brands: HOUZE & Table Matters
• Coordinates with influencers, live streamers, our partners, the agencies we're working with, and finding excellent influencers creators.
• Develop new live-stream sales strategies & campaigns
• Execute live-stream promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets as assigned by the Management.
• Constantly research and keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, emerging technologies and digital tools to produce high-quality content.
• Track and monitor live stream performance and submit reports to Management.
• Monitor analytics of online shopping via TikTok, Facebook, Lazada, and Shopee accounts
• Work with affiliate partners
• Achieve sales conversion rate from the live stream as determined by Management

Basic Function of Position:

Schedule meetings and manage calendars, in addition to answering phone calls, emails, and messages. Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings, help with daily time management, run errands as requested, perform secretarial work, and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Relief Director of administrative and other routine matters, allowing GM to focus on the management of the company
• Implementing Director’s instructions to the company, in strict accordance. Managing implementation issues and reporting back to GM on the degree of adherence and other feedback
• Coordinating and solving problems that straddle departments or do not fall under specific departments
• Relief Director of distracting routine tasks (i.e. mail, bills, telephone inquiries, etc.), to allow focus on management tasks
• Answering phone calls, assisting in inquiries and directing to relevant personnel
• Occasionally will be required to assist in retail sales and stock-taking
• Plan, schedule, and remind the Director of meetings and appointments
• Record-keeping of confidential and controlled documents
• Prepare minutes of meetings and correspondences meeting
• Prepare, monitor, and compile management reports, etc
• Perform full spectrum of administrative support
• Manage documents for quotations, proposals, projects, etc
• Provide support such as following up with departments and projects
• Provide administrative support such as filing, updating, and maintaining client and policy data
• Work with various business units, government agencies, and associations on behalf of the Managing Director
• Maintain proper filing system, including data management and file sharing for managing director

Requirements:

The Job

Volunteer Management

1. Oversee the full volunteer life cycle ranging from recruitment, screening/interview, matching, orientation, deployment, review/feedback, appreciation, training and exit.
2. Foster strong relations with volunteers and stakeholders in the community.
3. Maintain & Updating of the volunteer database in the VMS
4. Assist in all programmes/activities related to volunteers’ services and engagement with seniors in the community.
5. Identify potential volunteer sources and handle volunteer enquiries and feedback.
6. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Event Management

1. Support in the planning and organizing of events for residents and stakeholders in the community.
2. Engagement of seniors & vulnerable, drive and ensure smooth operations of events.

The Person

• Diploma with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social sector or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome but must have a positive mindset with some past volunteering experience.
• Good in communications, writing, activity planning, admin reporting and presentation skills.
• Possess critical thinking, strategic planning, effective time management skills.
