Duties and Responsibilities

1. Analyses, plan, coordinate, determine and arrange material and products manufacturing tasks and schedules according to customer orders

o Propose purchasing strategies and identify buying trends to minimize cost

o Create and maintain an inventory schedule of Key materials (local and overseas)

2. Organize and schedule deliveries with production and logistic, keep production flowing smoothly with the needed materials

3. Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery.

4. Monitor supplier’s performance including defective goods

• Corrective improvement monitoring
• On time delivery vs late delivery

5. Work with QA dept on supplier audits

6. Shortlist new potential supplier with recommendation comparison

7. Handling customer complaints involving material purchase from supplier

8. Maintaining all relevant ISO and FSC documents with accuracy.

9. Ensure all materials purchased are compliant to company standards.

10. Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary reports.

11. Maintain daily day to day purchase operations

12. Mentor to junior / new purchaser

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and machine.
• Perform preventive maintenance to achieve minimal to zero machine downtime.
• Source replacement parts.
• Repair and replace faulty parts & equipment.
• Carry out minor fabrication
• Carry out building maintenance and service
• Comply to all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedure according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements while performing assigned work duties.

Requirements:

• Rich experience as a technician especially on machine maintenance and repair
• Electrical, electronic and mechanical knowledge
• Detailed with problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Manager/Engineer to prepare and tracking the project documentations, transmittal and submissions to clients.

• Strong knowledge in Instrumentation and Electrical engineering background.

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as project Engineer / management in oil & gas industry.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capability to multi-task, good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to use Autocad, read and interpret technical drawing would be advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for conducting all necessary field surveys, from initial site reconnaissance and boundary identification to final as-built documentation.

• Establish and maintain control points and site benchmarks, ensuring their integrity throughout the construction process.

• Lead the execution of topographic and as-built surveys to capture essential data.

• Take charge of site layout by performing accurate setting out and marking of all structural and infrastructural elements such as roads, buildings, utilities, and earthworks.

• Leadership role in managing and guiding the surveying team, including junior surveyors and chainmen.

• Act as the primary liaison between the survey team and project engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Oversee the collection, processing, and interpretation of survey data using tools like total stations (Sokkia, Leica), and AutoCAD. Prepare and present comprehensive survey reports that inform key project decisions.

• Take ownership of identifying and resolving on-site issues, such as site discrepancies, inaccuracies in setting out, or conflicts between design plans and site conditions.

• Implement strict quality control protocols to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and legal compliance of all surveying tasks.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in using common total stations (Sokkia, Leica)

• Min 1 year experience in land surveying. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Experience with computer-aided design tools, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D software

• Proficient in Math and cartography skills

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

Role responsibilities:

-Able to interaction with livestream audience to promote clients product, and share useful information to expand reach and engagement.

-Work closely with director and to support director with her livestream

-Confidence to share relatable and inspiring content that encourages interaction and builds trust during livestream

-Assist director on matchmaking services

-Promote upcoming livestreams through social media, email marketing, and platform notifications.

-Confidence to organize virtual or in-person matchmaking events such as speed-dating sessions, networking mixers, or relationship workshops.

Requirement:

- 3 full working days are required for this role (Part-time)

- 6 months contact (renewable)

- preferably bilingual: English & Chinese (reading, writing and speaking)

- Local diploma / A level grads

Mandatory Skills

Requirement:

1. Understanding of protocols like HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/SFTP/AS2 etc
2. Programing experience in Java
3. Familiarity with Linux operating system and commands
4. Capability to troubleshoot integration issues efficiently
